Italy - Umbria

Supplier: Cantine Chiorri

Established in the 19th century in Perugia, this winery specialises in cultivating a variety of grapes using traditional techniques with the aim of minimising the environmental impact. The grapes are hand-picked into woven baskets and the vinification is competed as naturally as possible using only natural yeasts rather than added yeasts. The resulting wines offer superb quality, evoking the true flavours and aromas of the Umbrian region.
