Marqués de Vitoria is part of the Faustino group situated near Vitoria located in D.O.Rioja. The life of Marqués de Vitoria is rich in history. Travelling around the world in the 19th century, Marqués de Vitoria became involved in winemaking, planting the first vines and achieving great recognition. In 1995 a Bodega in Oyon, Rioja Alavesa was acquired to produce the new 'Marqués de Vitoria' wines. The Bodega owns 90 hectares of Tempranillo and 4 hectares of Viura.

Marqués de Vitoria Rioja Tinto Crianza

Origin: Spain
Grapes: 100% Tempranillo
Tasting Notes: Dark, cherry red in colour with notes of refreshing fruits on the nose. This wine is aged in American oak barrels for three years, giving it a superb balance of wood and fruit on the palate. It has a smooth finish and is medium bodied.
Food Pairing: An excellent accompaniment to stewed and braised meats, pates, small game casseroles and medium-cured cheeses.
Alcohol Content: 13% vol

Marqués de Vitoria Rioja Blanco

Origin: Spain
Grapes: 100% Viura
Tasting Notes: Clear, bright straw yellow with green hues in colour coupled with a fruity aroma with herbaceous notes. On the palate the wine is dry and light with a balanced, crisp finish.
Food Pairing: The perfect partner to soups, grilled white fish, vegetable casserole, creamy poultry dishes or simply chilled as an aperitif.
Alcohol Content: 12.5% vol
