Situated in the heart of Soave, near Verona, Cantine di Soave was established in 1900 by an independent group of wine producers and is among the largest wine co-operatives of Italy. The vineyards are located mainly in the province of Verona and cover an area of 3,500 hectares with a total wine producing capacity of 600,000 quintals. The company's wines have been highly lauded at competitions across the globe and has been certified UNI EN ISO 9002 in recognition of its quality standards.

Origin: Soave, Verona, Veneto
Grapes: 100% Garganega
Tasting Notes: This wine is the result of a careful selection of the best grapes in the Soave Classico area. Processed with the utmost care in the historical Soave wineries, it features straw yellow colour, intense and delicate and slightly spicy aroma and a dry and full-bodied flavour.
Food Pairing: The wine combines well with lean appetisers, seafood and grilled white meats as well as an aperitif.

Rocca Sveva Valpolicella Superiore DOC

Origin: Soave, Verona, Veneto
Grapes: Corvina, Rondinella & Molinara
Tasting Notes: A blend of the finest Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes, this wine is soft and supple with beautiful balance and plenty of character. Full bodied with intense, lightly spiced, sweet cherry flavours and dark raisin aromas have produced a well balanced wine with a lovely, lingering finish.
Food Pairing: An ideal companion for the entire meal, especially meats and cheeses.

Rocca Sveva Bardolino Classico DOC

Origin: Soave, Verona, Veneto
Grapes: Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara
Tasting Notes: A blend of the best Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes help to produce a medium ruby red colour wine with evocative aromas of sweet fresh fruit (strawberry, raspberry, cherry). On the palate the wine is fresh, soft, elegant and displays ripe red fruits. The finish is long and pleasant with a light savourness
Food Pairing: An ideal accompaniment for entrées, red meats, game dishes and seasoned cheeses, and can complement the entire meal. It should be served at 16°C, making sure the bottle is uncorked at least one hour before serving it.

Rocca Sveva Valpolicella Superiore DOC Ripasso

Tasting Notes: A much acclaimed wine that is produced by an ancient technique to give more body and character to Valpolicella wine by running the wine over the dried skins used in the production of Amarone. This unique technique known as "Ripasso" greatly enhances the colour, flavour and structure of the Valpolicella without altering its freshness.
Food Pairing: Excellent with savoury first courses such as filled pastas, barbecued meats and seasoned dishes.

Rocca Sveva Amarone della Valpolicella DOC

Origin: Soave, Verona, Veneto

Tasting Notes: This wine which boasts an ancient tradition is still made in small quantities from the best red grapes of the Valpolicella district, picked and left to dry on rafters until late winter. This full bodied and velvety smooth Amarone is characterized by its orange tinged deep red colour, its complex aromas of violets, raspberries and mint blossom and intense, velvety soft raisin like flavours.
Food Pairing: The wine is a perfect complement for red meats, game and seasoned cheeses. It should be served at 16-17°C, making sure the bottle is uncorked at least one hour before serving it.

Rocca Sveva Recioto di Soave Classico DOC

Origin: Soave, Verona, Veneto

Tasting Notes: The Soave grapes selected to make this prestigious wine are left to dry on rafters before being crushed in late February. In the old wineries in Soave, after a lengthy and careful processing of the grapes, we produce this wine featuring a gold yellow colour. Its fining in oak casks gives this wine a pleasant spicy and intense aroma and a full-bodied, well-rounded and persistent flavour.
Food Pairing: A wonderful accompaniment to desserts and cakes.

Rocca Sveva Soave Superiore Classico DOCG Castelcerino

Origin: Soave, Verona, Veneto
Grapes: Garganega & Trebbiano
Tasting Notes: Castelcerino is a hamlet at the higher levels of a hilly area located north-west of Soave; it is a micro-zone at an altitude 150 /330 metre above sea level with an extremely favourable south-west exposure. The resultant wine is deep straw yellow in colour, lively, crisp and dry with unparalleled, fragrant aromas and savoury undertone notes of almonds.
Food Pairing: The wine is an ideal complement for appetisers, seafood and shell fish dishes and white meats.

"Terre di Cariano" Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOC

Origin: Veneto, Italy
