Situated in the heart of Soave, near Verona, Cantine di Soave was established in 1900 by an independent group of wine producers and is among the largest wine co-operatives of Italy. The vineyards are located mainly in the province of Verona and cover an area of 3,500 hectares with a total wine producing capacity of 600,000 quintals. The company's wines have been highly lauded at competitions across the globe and has been certified UNI EN ISO 9002 in recognition of its quality standards.

ARAIAVAL

Araia Valpolicella DOC Superiore

Origin: Veneto, Italy
Grapes: Corvina 70%, Molinara 10% Rondinella 20%
Tasting Notes: It presents a ruby red colour of a medium intensity tending towards garnet with ageing. The fragrance is winey, with a pleasing, delicate and characteristic perfume sometimes recalling bitter almonds. The flavour is dry or velvety, full-bodied, bitter, savoury and harmonious.
Food Pairing: It goes perfectly with grilled meats, roast or braised poultry baked pasta with meat sauces and mature but non spicy cheeses. It should be served in bordeaux wineglasses at 16-18°C.

Araia Soave DOC Classico

Origin: Veneto, Italy
Grapes: Garganega 100%
Tasting Notes: From the historic Soave Classico zone, which lies between the quaint medieval town of Soave and Monteforte D'Alpone, this elegant Soave Classico is produced from hand harvested, gently pressed grapes. Straw-yellow in colour, this superb wine has delicate fresh fruit aromas, particularly apple with a distinct & balanced flavours on the palate.
Food Pairing: Delicious accompaniment to white meats, seafood and light pasta dishes.
Alcohol Content: 12.5% vol

Araia Bardolino DOC Classico

Origin: Veneto, Italy
Grapes: Corvina 60%, Molinara 20% and Rondinella 20%
Tasting Notes: Wine produced from grapes grown in the vineyards in the classic DOC production area which covers the eastern shores of Lake Garda like a natural amphitheatre. With evocative aromas of sweet fresh fruit (strawberry, raspberry, cherry) and a palate that is fresh, soft, elegant and displays ripe red fruits. The finish is long and pleasant with a light savouriness.
Food Pairing: A true all-rounder throughout the whole meal.
Alcohol Content: 11.5% vol
