"Mormoro" Piave Cabernet Sauvignon DOC Bortolomiol

Grapes: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon
Tasting Notes: Produced from grapes grown near the Piave River in Veneto. The area south of the river is traditionally the cradle of the cabernet grape, and this is where Mormoro is born. This wine is ruby red in colour with a slightly spicy and vanilla aroma from ageing in oak barrels. The flavour is soft, full and well balanced with plenty of good tannins.
Food Pairing: The perfect accompaniment to all meat dishes, in particular game.
Alcohol Content: 13% vol
Case Size: 6 x 75cl

Canto Fermo Prosecco Valdobbiadene DOCG Tranquillo

Grapes: 100% Glera
Tasting Notes: In contrast with the sparkling and semi-sparkling versions, Valdobbiadene Prosecco Tranquillo has no carbon dioxide or residual sugars and therefore must shine for its qualities alone. To be sure of its quality the maturation and selection of the grapes must be perfect. This is the only way to produce a noteworthy still Prosecco and Canto Fermo is truly that.
Pale yellow in colour with a fine and fruity well-balanced fragrance. The palate is dry and fresh in the mouth developing a pleasing tension.
Food Pairing: Perfect with all kinds of fish, and more delicate dishes.
Alcohol Content: 11.5% vol
Case Size: 6 x 75cl
