Tuscany

Supplier: Caccia al Piano

Caccia al Piano 1868, a wine estate with 20 hectares under vine, located in Castagneto Carducci, in the heart of the superb vineyard country of Bolgheri, home to some of Tuscany’s most prestigious wines. Caccia al Piano produces some 100,000 bottles of red wines from cabernet sauvignon and merlot, remarkably structured wines of great balance and ageability. Their names, Ruit Hora and Levia Gravia, pay homage to Giosuč Carducci (the names, respectively, of one of his poems and of one of his poetry collections), who spent a good part of his life here.
