Supplier: Cantine del Vermentino

The Vermentino Co-operative Wine Cellar was established in 1956 and now has approximately 350 partners. Vermentino, the most noble of vines in the Monti hill area, was chosen by the founder members of the co-operative as their emblematic name and they were the first to produce and market Vermentino wine with names such as S'Eleme and Aghiloia, thus contributing in a decisive way to the recognition in 1975 of 'Vermentino di Gallura' DOC.
