It was their father Paron Mario, who founded the Fantinel Company and his sons are following in his footsteps with loving pride and dedication. The vineyards of Borgo Tesis, a model of viticulture, extend for 100 hectares over the gravely soils of the Grave del Friuli.

Barone Rosso IGT "Paron Mario"

Origin: Friuli Venezia Giulia, Italy
Grapes: Refosco, Cabernet & Nero
Tasting Notes: This wine is ruby-red to violet in colour. It has an intense and fruity bouquet with hints of wild blackberries and raspberries. The palate is full and well balanced with a velvety finish.
Food Pairing: Ideal with antipasti, mature cheeses and savoury first course dishes. Best served at a temperature of 14°C.

Montecristo Bianco del Friuli IGT "Paron Mario"

Origin: Friuli Venezia Giulia, Italy
Grapes: Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay Musque & Riesling
Tasting Notes: A rich blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay Musque and Riesling. This pleasantly refreshing wine is straw yellow in colour and has a delicate fragrance of wild fruits and flowers. The character is matched on the palate.
Food Pairing: Excellent as an aperitif or enjoyed with fish or white meat dishes.

Tasting Notes: A classic wine whose name is an intrinsic part of the history of Friuli. Refined in barrels of fine French Oak, this wine reveals great harmony and a distinct personality: full and ripe, with raspberry, herbaceous hints.
