France

Supplier: Pouilly Fume

A small grower with a real passion for his terroir, Claude Michot produces a wine that is very much of his village, St Andelain - a hamlet made famous by Didier Dagueneau - in that it has a real flinty, almost gun smoke scented nose and racy, steely acidity.
