Deakin Estate Shiraz

Origin: South Eastern Australia
Grapes: Shiraz
Tasting Notes: A full, firm and robust style of Shiraz character. The wine is full of ripe, jammy raspberry fruit flavours with a delicate hint of spice. The bouquet is rich with dark fruit and liquorice aromas and the finish is velvety, smooth and rounded.
Food Pairing: This great wine can be enjoyed on its own or with beef and lamb dishes.
Alcohol Content: 14% vol

Origin: South Eastern Australia
Grapes: Chardonnay
Tasting Notes: Fresh peach flavours with a slightly nutty oak influence. A well structured palate alive with exotic passion fruits with a fresh yet lingering finish.
Food Pairing: The ideal wine for enjoying chilled on its own or with fish and seafood dishes or summer salads and cold white meat dishes.
