The refreshing taste of the sparkling mineral water San Pellegrino is known since the XV century. In 1509 Leonardo da Vinci came to the Italian city to taste 'amazing water'. From 1899 the water was bottled and distributed abroad. That year is considered a date of San Pellegrino's brand foundation.
