Grapes: 34% Pinot Noir, 33% Pinot Meunier, 33% Chardonnay
Tasting Notes: A fantastic Champagne with a remarkable fine mousse rises against a background of intense gold. The nose is full of diverse and flattering aromas. On the palate, dominant notes of apricots and citrus fruits gives way to spicy aromas of pepper and gingerbread, and of butter, cream and tobacco. The subtlety of the mousse and the delicate freshness on the palate combine with the full-bodied structure of the wine.

Grapes: 80% Meunier (including 18% red Meunier), 20% Chardonnay
Tasting Notes: A pink and lively Champagne that is young and fresh. There are hints of spring bouquet of the nose, with notes of fresh wild strawberries and raspberries.
