Origin: Veneto, Italy
Grapes: Prosecco
Tasting Notes: Delicate straw yellow & fine persistent mousse. Intensely fruity aroma with clear tinges of ripe golden apple followed by a pleasant and elegant floral sensation reminiscent of acacia flowers. Fresh, slightly sweet and soft on the palate, this Prosecco has a fruity and harmonious finish.
Food Pairing: Excellent as an aperitif. Also a fine accompaniment to fish marinated with delicate aromatic herbs & herb infused first courses.

Raboso Rosé Frizzante Legatura IGT

Origin: Italy
Grapes: Prosecco & Raboso
Tasting Notes: This superbly presented Prosecco Rosé comes in a traditional hand tied string cork. Lightly sparkling and fresh in style, this Prosecco is produced from the grape variety of Raboso, from select vineyards on the Casa Gheller estate. The colour boasts a soft rose petal glow and the bouquet is flowery with hints of raspberries, cranberries, cherries and pomegranate which follow though to the palate.
Food Pairing: Enjoy the summer character of this sparkling Aperitif on its own or with creamy pastas and roasted chicken salads.
